How have you grown? In many conversations that you and I have the confrontation results in neither side understanding the other's point of view. This has been going for a full year now. Not saying I don't enjoy the conversation and friendship. I'd like to know how you've grown to make changes in yourself. I'm also curious of your statement "they are rational beings who sometimes can’t communicate effectively." Is it really the person who can't communicate or is it the listener who interprets the statement incorrectly? I consider Ecological Model of the communication process as a very good basis here. The message from the sender is encoded and decoded using different mediums. The listener hears a totally different message than the sender sent.
