Go Hard. Or Go Home.

Motivating thought of the week:
Alot can be said about achieving peak performance in every aspect of our lives- professionally and personally. Especially true for us entrepreneurs.
I only have one life to live so either I go hard or I go home. I go all the way or don’t go at all. But I shouldn’t be half-assed in my approach.
Some real life examples where you can either go hard or go home;
- If you are going to organize or throw a party, do it well or don’t do it all,
- If you ask a girl out, then by all means ask her out and make your intentions well known, or don’t bother asking at all. None of that “maybe, would you, be possibly interested in me?” nonsense. Do it with style or panache, if you must.
- If you are going to venture into entrepreneurship, then do it all the way. But don’t tether and hold back.
- Proposing to her? Do it with charm and class. Afterall, it’s only going to happen once.
- Raising a child? Give the kid all your love and parent the hell of out of them.
- Got a job? Go full throttle with it and be your very best. Don’t settle for mediocrity.
As is always the case, there should be an equilibrium that needs to be maintained. That is a judgment call that we all need to make on our own.
Life is one big amazing race. Go full throttle and leave the excuses behind you.
Go hard. Or go home.
